When I decided to have a sand school built in my field I didn't think that much could be made of the site other than just constructing the school itself. However the job that you have done has surpassed my expectations and the school and its landscaped surroundings will not only serve a practical purpose but would be an asset to any equestrian property. Considering that it was built during January and February 2009, through some of the coldest and snowiest weather for some years, combined with very wet weather, your willingness to be flexible and progress the work in any way that you could when you could, has meant that the minimum of time was lost.
